Job description

Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Flexible in Europe (Amsterdam preferred, hybrid/remote possible)
Competitive Salary

Start Date: Q4 2025

Let’s be blunt. Right now, Kaizo has zero marketing function.

We’ve had marketers before, but the company we are today is completely different from back then.

In the past 12 months, we’ve closed massive enterprise deals and levelled up our AI product. But here’s the problem: the world doesn’t know it.

  • Our website is two years out of date.

  • We have customer success stories nobody has ever written up.

  • Inbound leads are slowing.

  • Sales doesn’t have the decks and collateral they need.

  • Outbound is just starting, and there’s nothing to fuel it.

That’s where you come in.

What this role really is:

We need a senior marketer who’s ready to build from scratch. Someone who’s not scared by the blank page, but excited by it.

You’ll be the one who:

  • Rebuilds our website so it actually reflects who we are today.

  • Turns our enterprise wins into stories that open new doors.

  • Puts us back on the map with fresh inbound campaigns, a proper G2 strategy, and competitor pages that convert.

  • Arms sales and CS with success stories, one-pagers, and decks that win deals and renewals.

  • Starts building a brand presence through events, PR, and thought leadership.

  • Hires and manages the first freelancers or junior marketers once the foundations are set.

You won’t inherit a polished machine. You’ll be the architect, the builder, and the driver of Kaizo’s marketing.

The deal

  • Location: Amsterdam preferred, but flexible across Europe. Hybrid/remote possible.

  • Reporting: Directly to the CEO, part of the commercial leadership team.

  • Growth: Budget to add 1–2 people under you once the foundation is set.

Job requirements

Who you are

  • You’re a content-first marketer – storytelling is your edge, not “growth hacks.”

  • You’ve marketed complex B2B SaaS products (ideally enterprise).

  • You can roll up your sleeves: write, edit, brief designers, manage freelancers, run campaigns.

  • You know what good looks like in marketing ops, but you’re also fine making do with lean tools.

  • Your English is native or near-native – everything we publish needs to read sharp and professional.

  • Bonus: you get excited by AI, QA, CX, and aren’t afraid of acronyms.

Why this matters

Marketing is the missing piece in Kaizo’s growth engine.
The deals are there. The product is there. The clients are there.

This is about making sure the market actually knows it – and scaling demand so we can keep growing.

If you succeed, your fingerprints will be all over Kaizo’s next growth chapter:

  • From first enterprise logos → market visibility

  • From inbound-only hacks → repeatable pipeline

  • From scrappy content → thought leadership

👉 If you’re looking for a comfy role with a big team, big budget, and playbooks already written — this isn’t it.

builds the marketing engine that takes Kaizo from strong product to visible market leader — let’s talk.
