About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Commercial team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to advance their career in Sales within the tech industry, specifically in a SaaS environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth strategy. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, helping to expand our presence and impact globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify and target prospective customers.
  • Engage with leads via phone, email, and social media, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the value of Kaizo to potential clients.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects using our sales tools, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing & Customer Success teams to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback.
  • Conduct Discovery calls with potential clients.
  • Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Native English proficiency is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required, ideally with at least 6 months of SDR experience.
  • Experience specifically in SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms like Hubspot is a must, and familiarity with sales tools like Apollo, Lusha, etc., is a definite plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and team members.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to take on challenges and learn new skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands / already residing in the EU and willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
