đ Why this role?
Kaizo is entering a new chapter. Weâve evolved from a scrappy startup into an AI-powered customer operations platform thatâs winning enterprise deals and attracting major global logos.
Weâve had demand generation before â but this is your chance to do it for the new Kaizo. Youâll work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and Sales team to own the funnel from top to bottom. Youâll design and execute campaigns that fill the pipeline, accelerate deal flow, and build awareness in a fast-moving market.
This is a role with company-wide impact â and a ton of freedom. Everyone here owns their space. We donât micromanage. We trust you to make things happen, test and learn fast, and adapt as we grow.
But fair warning: if youâre looking for perfect processes and polished playbooks, this wonât be your thing. We move fast, it can be chaotic, and not everything is figured out yet. Thatâs the fun part.

âď¸ What youâll do
Run and scale acquisition channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
Build and execute campaigns across paid, email, content, and web â testing and refining to hit pipeline goals.
Design and optimize lead nurturing flows in HubSpot that convert interest into opportunity.
Experiment constantly: new ideas, new audiences, new creative angles â always with measurable results.
Collaborate closely with Sales to keep the funnel aligned, tight, and revenue-focused.
Job requirements
đŻ What youâll bring
3â5 yearsâ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
Strong grasp of paid channels, inbound strategy, and marketing automation
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
Youâre data-driven, curious, and independent â you donât wait for direction, you create it
Bonus if youâve worked on enterprise or ABM campaigns
